Support can help with enrollment, consent, connectivity, and account state without requesting screen content, private keys, passwords, or bearer tokens.

Setup and accounts

Email support@reallexi.com with the platform versions, device role, and the visible error code.

Security reports

Send suspected vulnerabilities to security@reallexi.com. Do not include customer session content.

Connection diagnostics

Report whether devices share a LAN, the requested grants, connection path label, latency, loss, and timestamp. Redact tokens and personal data.
